Dubai’s Burj Al Arab, along with AmStur Caviar, has registered its name in the Guinness Book of World Records for creating the largest tin of caviar. The record setting tin contained 17 kg of deep-grey Empress caviar —the only caviar in the world certified fully organic from native-raised sturgeon. The tin, custom made by AmStur, was named The Mashenomak after the Great White Sturgeon of Native American legend. Here’s the fun bit though: The record required the entire portion of caviar to be completely consumed and lucky guests at the event got a chance to consume the delicacy with mother of pearl spoons! Now that’s what we call truly royal marine style.
