The art of bespoke tailoring is stitching up ever newer luxe collaborations in Mumbai; after the collaboration of SS Homme with Bombay Shirt Company, it is now the turn of Amy Billimoria’s House of Design. The brand is exclusively associating with renowned London-based brand Paul Jheeta for Savile Row, adding it to the House’s fashion portfolio. Since the forte of both designers is bespoke fashion, the crux of this collaboration was to offer Indian men and women a taste of custom-made tailoring. “Our common passion, precise and immaculate creations drew everyone’s attention; this is essentially what motivated us to work together. When I met Amy, both of us agreed on how creatively satisfying it was to see our clients in bespoke creations. As it is made to one’s specifications, the end result always makes them look and feel good,” Paul Jheeta stated. The design store that already houses everything from prêt, bridal, kidswear, swimwear to accessories, will now also feature bespoke creations by Paul Jheeta, making this Juhu-based boutique the ideal destination for sartorial indulgence.
