Get a glimpse of Harrod’s in-house furniture collection

Here is a glimpse at Harrod’s very first in-house furniture collection that is the brain child of Annalise Fard, director of home at Harrod’s. Created in partnership with Italina brand Porada and British company Artistic Upholstery, the collection features cabinetry, tables, a console, armchairs and a sofa, and draws inspiration from 1930s art deco jewelry and tailoring. Satin brass details are a recurring feature of the collection, appearing as handles, trims, and inlaid brass. The texture and grain and natural features of the wood have been optimally highlighted and juxtaposed with the satin brass details. Harrods has stocked Porada furniture since 1994 and the brand has now been instrumental in providing its expertise to create just the right look for Harrod’s debut furniture line.
