Separate notes celebrating the difference between day and night—that’s the idea behind the two new fragrances launched by Aerin Beauty. Named Tuberose Le Jour and Tuberose Le Soir, these replicate the distinctions of day and night in a bottle. While the former comes with undertones of Neroli and Orange Flower, the latter plays on warm notes of Sandalwood and Vanilla. Tuberose from India has been chosen as the core of both fragrances, for the reason that day and night bring out different scents from the flower; its fully opened petals are harvested only at sunset. That makes it the perfect core for the fragrances differentiating night and day. To this delightful combination will be added the extra dazzle of Sotheby’s Fine Jewels— two cocktail rings previously owned by none other than Aerin Lauder Zinterhofer herself— to be auctioned with proceeds going to charity. The statement rings are a David Webb and Van Cleef & Arpels collection.

Bulgari’s new flagship store on Fifth Avenue, New York, is now open. Redesigned by Peter Marino, the store presents a mix of Italian masters of design along with Marino’s modern touch. The door, for instance, is a replica of the Baroque Via Condotti door from 1930, while the Gio Ponti chandeliers are from the 1960s and were originally hanging in Parco dei Principi hotel’s ballroom in Rome. The mezzanine floor has a lounge displaying a dazzling selection of vintage Bulgari jewels from the ‘70s, and the lounge itself is inspired by the Salottino Taylor where Elizabeth Taylor admired jewelry. To celebrate the opening of their Fifth Avenue flagship store, Bulgari has also launched a capsule collection of jewelry inspired by New York. Perfect combination!

Jimmy Choo recently unveiled an exclusive India inspired collection of stylish handbags, glittery clutches and elegant silk scarves made of hand woven embroidered fabrics from India itself.  Specifically inspired by Diwali, the festival of lights, the luxury brand’s classic collection, ‘Celeste,’ was redesigned using different fabrics and textures. The collection also features beige scarves intricately designed with the brand’s logo. To highlight the exclusivity of each product, the designs are engraved with the words ‘Exclusive for India.’
