Tthe Land Rover Series III LWB by Cool & Vintage was stripped down to its bare chassis and had every detail carefully checked, restored or replaced when reassembled. It retains the original box-section chassis along with the axles and 2.25 liter diesel engine. The seats are water & UV-resistant, the hood done in custom black mohair. Add to that heavy duty wheels, new BF Goodrich mud tires, military style windows and a military yellow exterior for that finishing touch—and voila! You have a potent combination. Montblanc has created its very first smartwatch, the Montblanc Summit, which is also the world’s first smartwatch with a curved sapphire glass display. Montblanc has collaborated with Google to create this watch that runs on the all new Android Wear 2.0 OS, features a 1.39-inch (400 x 400) AMOLED display, uses a Snapdragon Wear 2100 chip, with 512MB of RAM and 4 gigs of storage tucked away behind. This tech-loaded timepiece evokes the vintage appearance of Montblanc’s award-winning 1858 collection, including their digital faces, which recreate the look of the classic in a digital avatar. Featuring a 46 mm case, the watch comes in 4 styles: black PVD coated stainless steel; a bi-color stainless steel case with a black PVD coated stainless steel bezel; stainless steel case with satinated finish and a grade 5 titanium case also with satinated finish.  The Montblanc Summit will be available from May 2017 with a starting price of approximately $950.

Paul Reed Smith (PRS) Guitars in Stevensville, Maryland, are creator of premium guitars and amplifiers, and they’ve been churning out masterpieces for over thirty years.  Their latest creation is the Reclaimed Series of Guitars, crafted from over 100-year old Brazilian Atlantic Forest Peroba Rosa and Brauna Preto woods, which have, importantly, been reclaimed from old buildings. The guitars are available in two distinct styles: the CE24 Semi-hollow which features a mahogany back, a 24-fret, 25″ maple wood neck, tremolo bridge, and nickel hardware.  The S2 Vela Semi-hollow guitar also features a mahogany back but only a 22-fret, 25″ mahogany neck.  There are two pickups; a Type-D single coil at the neck and a Starla humbucking pickup at bridge.  Both guitars also boast “old school” birds inlays on the fretboards. Priced at $1600 and $1250, these guitars are just the perfect gift for the music aficionado with an eco-conscious sense.

Spring is being celebrated all round and Macy’s Downtown flagship is holding its annual floral extravaganza at three flagship locations in the United states including Herald Square in New York City, State Street in Chicago, and Union Square in San Francisco. From March 26 to April 9, 2017, Carnival will display a world of imagination, filled with brilliantly-hued flora expertly landscaped into breathtaking gardens that bring the magic of a traveling roadshow to life. At the center, a colorful two-tiered carousel complete with animated column horses will bloom with thousands of rhododendrons, bromeliads and other exotic flora, welcoming guests into the funhouse atmosphere. The world of Carnival reveals classic fair favorites, including a roller coaster, bumper cars, a Ferris wheel and games of whimsy, all recreated using more than 5,000types of florals and plants. Now if that isn’t reason enough to head to these three destinations, we don’t know what is.

Tired of your plain ol’ television resting blank against the wall? Well here’s a breath of fresh air—a television that’s no less than a work of art. Yves Béhar recently tied up with Samsung to create the most artful TV ever known to the world. Termed as ‘Frame’ the artsy TV displays a rotating art selection of over 100 art forms when you’re not viewing programmes on it. Created by design strategist  Elise Van Middelem, this elegant television is also quite intelligent, for it adjusts the images on art mode based on the room’s light level , with the help of a brightness sensor. What’s more, the intelligent TV is apparently eco-conscious as well—it can switch off on sensing no human presence in the room to appreciate it. Now that’s one sensitive-soul gadget, we say!

UK based Geckota’s first racing-inspired watch, the Geckota C-1 Racing Chronograph is based on the Heuer Chronographen hand-wound Camaro, the “C” in Geckota’s new watch pays homage to that and also the 50th Anniversary of the release of Chevrolet’s Camaro automobile.  As with the other Geckota watches, the C-1 Racing Chronograph uses a solid Seiko VK64 MecaQuartz hybrid movement.  The hands and hour markers have SuperLuminova applied for nighttime viewing.  The case has a flat, anti-reflective sapphire crystal, screw-down crown, a dual gasket, and is water resistant down to 300 feet.  It is powered by a SR936SW battery that provides a full three year lifespan. The dial comes in three versions; black-charcoal, white-grey, or brown-black.

Dubai does it again. We introduce you to the ‘Burg Khalifa’, the $7000 super burger which has outdone all previous records to become the most expensive burger in the world. Created by Russell Impiazzi and Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Thani, Chairman of Sharjah’s department of Statistics and Community Development, this super-expensive burger was curated with the help of many rare ingredients, including the finest Japanese wagyu beef and a 25-year-old balsamic roasted heirloom tomato that was further topped off with what the Sheikh hyped as “the ultimate burger sauce” along with beetroot and black sesame brioche. It was auctioned off in Dubai as part of the Pink Bite auction organized by Pink Caravan, a non-profit organization dedicated to spreading awareness of breast cancer. The winning bid of $7000 for the luxury burger was made by lifestyle magazine Villa 88.

Gear up for the 6 Series M Sport Limited Edition recently announced by the German supercar maker. All set to arrive in April this year, the limited edition version of the sports car is made even more appealing by the fact that it arrives in all three variants— coupe, convertible, and four-door Gran Coupe. Modifications include a Sonic Speed Blue Metallic paint that’s new to 2017, aggressive 20 inch M light allow wheels with a bicolor paint scheme, and even carbon fiber sideview mirror caps. The interiors will include fine-grain Merino leather seats in black and fjord blue that are exclusive to the edition along with a flurry of little extra features. Some of those features include blue piping on the seats, carbon fiber interior trim, and door-ill mounted blue lights that read “M Sport Limited Edition.”
