Neung Roi at the Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport is hosting Sakura no Kisetsu, a limited-time Japanese spring dining experience available until April 12, 2026.
Inspired by the beauty of cherry blossom season, the experience is offered through à la carte selections from a specially curated menu. Guests can enjoy dishes like sakuraebi tempura, gyoza, miso-glazed salmon, and vibrant poke bowls, along with desserts such as matcha cheesecake with cherry compote and sakura panna cotta.

Complementing the menu is a range of beverages including sakura-infused sake, whisky highballs, cherry blossom-inspired cocktails, and traditional teas like sencha and matcha.
As Gurneet Grover, Director of Culinary, shares, “Sakura no Kisetsu captures the beauty, simplicity, and fleeting nature of cherry blossom season through a thoughtfully curated dining experience.”
